how many jw tycoons/millionaires?

  Tycoon and millionaire are two different things. Plenty of millionaires around me. Tycoons, just few. Although a Forbe's top 100 richest JW would be interesting. I bet most would be inactive.

  Thats a good question with an unknown answer, but I can tell you that in least in my old congregation the richest were the elders .

  Complete with Cadillacs and Mercedes and thousand dollar suits, I guess they really didn't believe in the Scripture that stated that there is almost no chance

  for a rich man to get into heaven and be a part of Christ's kingdom.

  Funny how power and money always seem to get entwined together.

  I can still remember the silk suited PO giving a talk on the ills of materialism and people should not be constraining their efforts on gaining

  material wealth because this system of things will be over and done with shortly..........Right

  Yep same with mine. The richest are the elders, all of whom went to college for at least 4-years.
