Triple J is Australias' public youth radio station, pretty popular even with middle-age saddos like me who don't like ads with their new music. Hack is a weekday 30-minute slot reporting on youth issues, they generally focus on education, substances, youth employment, basic stuff. This week the pope is in the country for International Youth Day so it's about beliefs on Hack. Best moment:
Two or three minute story on 'religions most unreasonable practices'. They counted down:
5: mormon protective underwear
4: something I missed between the car and the lounge room, that Borat did (help me out?)
3: something about a Jewish chicken waving and slaughtering ceremony to absolve your sins
2: theta-metres (Scientology)
And the least reasonable practice:
1: Jehovahs Witnesses refusing blood.
