Does anyone have a quote, with date, issue and page number, to one of those lovely WT quotes that basically says "as sad as it is when your kid goes crazy and leaves the organization one must remain faithful and recognize it was not their fault or parenting but the childs own dimentia that caused them to leave" ?

Ridiculous generic Watchtower quotes are only found by using a special technique I have developed over the years. Say you want to write about an idiotic statement or claim made by the Watchtower magazine. Do this:
Go over to a large stack of Watchtower magazines or bound volumes. It doesn't matter what years they are.
Close eyes.
Use hands to rifle through stack with eyes closed.
Pick up a individual magazine or bound volume.
Open to any page.
Slide finger down to any part of page.
Open eyes and read where finger is pointing.
99% of the time you will find an outlandish, illogical, self-aggrandizing or totally idiotic statement guaranteed to bring hearty laughs and derision from those who at least still have 25% of their brains in working order. Sometimes you will find statements so idiotic that people with only 5% of their brains working will understand the idiocy. But be warned: people with less than 5% of their brains working (i.e. dubs) will believe such idiocy makes perfect sense and is serious "spiritual" food.
I love to "research" like this for idiotic things to discuss from the Watchtower!
