I swear my concussions are catching up with me. I can't remember the name of the book, but I'm looking for firstly the book title that Elders ask questions from to people who are about to be baptised. And I'm also looking for the actual questions asked, I remember it was a list of questions they had ready but the questions themselves and the book it was from is escaping me at the moment. If anyone can help out and provide this it would be much appreciated, thanks to everyone in advance.

Before I was baptised I had to answer questions such as:
“Why should you be willing to preach the good news to all kinds of people in your territory?
Why should you take most seriously your responsibility to share the good news with others?
Whose teaching and instruction is given at congregation meetings?
In addition to any material contributions to advance the good news, what should we offer that is even more important?
What pattern set in ancient Israel serves as a model for giving material support to the Kingdom work today?”
The questions selected above relate to what is expected of baptism candidates rather than those relating to the beliefs that must be accepted. In all there were 122 questions that had to be answered correctly. They are shown in full in the book “Organized to Accomplish Our Ministry.” Should any answers fail to meet with approval, the candidate had to agree to further study and apply at a later date when he or she could try again. Assigned elders made the final decision as to whether he or she could be baptised.

That's exactly what I was looking for, I'll google it to see if I can find the questions. I don't know if I can go through all those questions in a 10 minute youtube video. If anyone knows where I can find those questions online since I don't have the book that would be fantastic.
