God ,so the story has it, authored the Bible, --Hitler wrote Mein Krampf, in which both proposed to kill billions more. Both thundered for a while, and then were not heard of in person again, to this day. Both, although not present in person (most of the time), gave psychopath the opportunity to wreak havoc among even among their followers. .
