Did the Witchtower notice Krakatoa at all?

  I was just watching how Krakatoa was the worst eruption in recorded history killing tens of thousands.

  At the time of 9/11, I was surprized that they did not stop the presses and say something. It was months later. (After the generally expressed hopes that this was the Great Tribblation)

  Same with the Tsunami in Indonesia.

  Does the Borg actually spend time planning the relevant "infomercial" before it passes any comment on such terrible events. After all the Rag on hurricane Katrine came out LONG after it happened. many witlesses were relying on emails to find out (which Crooklyn has sniffed about disapprovingly, as the content is not endorsed by the Gibbering Buddy)

  So after Krakatoa in 1883 were they as apparently uncaring as they are today?

  (I suppose I protest too much methinks - the dead were mostly just bird food anyway.)

  Magazines are printed way way way in advance.

  When 9/11 hit, they were probably already printing the November or December magazines.

  I'm sure the lead time was even greater in 1883!

  They're not a daily newspaper, after all.

  Anything that happened before 1914 does not count to them. Never mind Vesuvius. Never mind the First Dark Ages. Never mind the earthquake in 1906. Never mind the Civil War in the 1860s. Never mind the millions of disasters prior to 1914 that we never found out about because there was no news media that could be there in minutes. They do not count.

  Things are worse than every before, every year millions of people starve to death , disease is rampant in africa , allot of people don't even have clean water to drink . I still think the tsunami in sri lanka was because of the underground nuclear testing that India is doing against world opinion (they may have even been responsible for the earth quake that killed hundreds of thousands years ago). Man is definitely making the world an extremely dangerous place .We are at this time talking a nuclear strike on Iran ,if that should happen could really mess things up , forget about global warming causing the end of civilization. The US is at war right now because they claim terrorists are attempting to gather chemical , nuclear and biological weapons (of course the US is the number one exporter of those type of things) to further their jihad religious war and those people don't have any regard for their own lives. The US economy is collapsing by design and we are headed toward global enslavement . The fed reserve deliberately caused hyper inflation . The US is now in a 9 trillion dollar trade deficit .There are people wanting to over throw the US government by force .
