It really does not help your cause to create identical threads 4 times in 5 minutes.
May I suggest that you post a thread and then take a few deep breaths?? If you want to bring the thread to the top of 'Active Topics' just repost to the same thread you already created.
Hopefully someone will be able to give you the info you are requesting. I have not had a KM in a few years.

Which year?
I DO have copies of the British Kingdom Ministry's you are interested in for most years back to 1972,
There are differences with the USA versions,
I COULD scan them for you IF I felt your need was genuine,
perhaps you could re-phrase the question?
