She was chosen because her little school does an outstanding job on the State examinations, and baby girl is at the top of her class.
I became her guardian when she was 4 months old. Her dad was killed in a botched drug deal; her mother fell into a deep depression and place her in foster care.
After prayer and supplication for guidance, I marched my black behind right to the foster home and took her with me. I haven't regretted my decision yet.
She's a straight-A student and a natural born leader. I'm so proud of her! Have I said that before?

Oh, she's also reading her aunt's college textbooks. I believe so strongly in education, and my daughter and g'daughter are both top students.
