Well, is it? Any evidence?
Is this site monitored by Bethel or not?

there is anecdotal evidence but not hard evidence that this site is indeed monitored. Most computer savvy JWs know this site as "THE MOTHER OF ALL APOSTATE SITES"

Bethel assigned people in the past to read apostate books and literature, for their purposes.
It is only logical that they assign people to report on the various topics on apostate sites.

Yes Ray Franz and others have commented that they actually have apostate books in the restricted section of the Bethel Library

Its obvious that many sites like this get scanned continually for any copyright infringements, as they have legally threaten site owners on this.
You can bet they are taking a close look at this one in particular, thats why the rules and regulations are posted.
So to answer the question ....YES

"Its obvious that many sites like this get scanned continually for any copyright infringements, as they have legally threaten site owners on this."
That's all the teeth they have in shutting down a site. It's worked once and now everyone knows the rules. The certainly can't argue many of the points made here without a straw man argument. -
mind my own
Well I sure hope so...maybe they will start to think for themselves!!

Yes it is. Simon has caught Bethel spying on here many times. I forgot which thread he brought this up on, but if I can find it, I'll take a screenshot and give it to my mom to prove how hypocritical the WT is.

What if the site is actually operated by Bethel... designed to provide them with the evidence they need to disfellowship all dissenters? :O
