The Four Horned Altar

I was reading up on the Megiddo Ivories (collection at Oriental Museum) when I saw a photo of the four horned altar. It reminded me of the Watchtower logo. Just wondering if you all think there could be some association with this symbolism?
This below came from somewhere else when I googled for more images. I don't know much about this statue. Maybe some of you do.
Anyway, just wondering if you all think there is some connection here---if so, what does it mean?

I think the image of the Godess with the tower on her head is Diana of Ephesus,the mother of the Gods(later Mary).
I wonder if the WT would consider this a suitable headcovering when a sista prays etc. ???
