You know it's just insane and stupid

*to read about banning Mickey Mouse

*to read that prayer beads are now gang-related contraband

and there is a lot of other things coming along that are just so blatantly nonsense...

Don't you wonder if this is being STAGED?

Doesn't it seem a bit TOO OBVIOUS?

For so many years people in churches could never ask questions...and I mean even in Christian churches, just like with JW, if you asked questions you were "asked" to leave the church if you did not agree with the views. If you asked questions, it was always taken as a disagreement, or you were encouraged to "just have faith" or " we see through a glass darkly" but one day all mysteries will be revealed. Basically just accept whatever a preacher tellls you because he is the guiding authority, CALLED by god. God's mouthpiece, same as your org. just using different terminology and not as severe with those who leave.

So now, over the past few years there has become an uprising....probably since the internet...and people are asking questions and seeing the lies. And now, we have all this ridiculousness in the news. It's just the silliest of stuff perhaps to get people riled up. I think it is being brought forth just for the purpose of making people mad and to show the ridiculous-ness of religious trivia.

The question I ask is Why? And the answer, I think, is because this is INTENTIONAL. When enough people leave religion behind...which the bible terms Apostasy...then, minds will be ripe to fool the people with yet another agenda. The NWO. When people have finally got a belly full of this religious BS they will be ready to cooperate with bringing about a NEW SYSTEM of thought.

I think this is just part of the plan. Has it ever crossed your mind as such?

I think they were talking about banning the Disney cartoon Mickey Mouse--which to me, makes absolutely no sense.

And neither does any rhetoric about starting a new world order, either through politics or religion, that requires initiatory force, threats of force, or fraud by the leaders or any God to enact. Such would invariably be a tyranny where the will of one being, or a few, prevail. It would resemble the First Dark Ages (in fact, the Catholic church pulled that one off). Knowledge would cease to grow, and stagnation would set in.

The only new order that I can accept is one where science and the free market rule, not a group of beings that are bent on controling others. If we have science and the free market, both will together solve man's problems without enforcing any dictatorship-like tyranny. Absolute obedience to leaders is not my idea of paradise--and in a science/free market based new order, such would not even be possible. Everyone would be their own leaders, and everyone would have the right (not privilege, right) to help improve society.

WTWizard, NOT everyone WANTS to improve society...we still have crooks and corruption, murder and mayhem....what YOU are suggesting IS a NWO.

I hear ex jw's say this on a regular basis yet they never provide exactly which (mainstream non Catholic) churches do or did this. Growing up mainstream protestant and having many friends who also were in various protestant churches I never knew one where they could not question and continue to disagree with the pastor. They most certainly were not asked to leave or 'just have faith'. I believe that is a hangover from your jw days because it was drilled into your head how those in so called 'Christendom' behaved and believed. Have you ever gone to a protestant church or a few and sat in on one of their bible studies? the teenage confirmation classes? etc... I can tell you from personal experience that there can be quite lively debate going on and it is perfectly fine to disagree. What jw's do not seem to get is what holds Christians together is the major points, being Christ' work on the cross, the forgivness of sin, Grace, Jesus bodily resurrection, and so forth. Minor non salvation issues are often debated. Difference of opinion does not make you the scum of the church like in dubland, you simply disagree, nothing more. We on the outside recognize we are individuals and hold that dear, groups which insist upon such 'unity' like the jw's have are downright scary to most people. They call it a 'cult', rightly so in my opinion.

Not a JW. Never have been. You arrogantly assume. You jump to conclusions without facts. Your psychoanalysis of me is pretentious. Seeing how you arrive at conclusions by heresay and imagination, it is not necessary for me to continue reading the arrogant segregationist attitudes of a high and mighty christian.

Run along now and go do your speak in tongues trick with somebody else.

run along now? hahahaha, you are humorous. And still you did not provide exactly which churches do not allow questioning or tell you to just have faith (in the leadership or org). Speak in tongues? where have I even suggested speaking in tongues? I guess when you are incapable of actually reading what someone wrote you would assume arrogantly as you have done.
