I would be hard-pressed to dream up another statement that could be so utterly vapid and devoid of any significance whatsoever.
"This act may or may not lead to something big, or something small, or nothing at all really, which could, but then again maybe not, lead to further developments, assuming of course that further developments do indeed develop further as time passes on."
Geez louise! Isn't there any kind of "sensibility" proofreading there in the ivory tower?
