  What's a secret santa thread?

  Every year we have a Secret Santa where you put your name in the list and you are given someone to send a secret santa gift and you receive one from someone else...

  Isn't it a little bit early to start a SS thread? Usually they don't get started until November or so. Also, I have no clue if we're even going to have one this year with the immenent closing of JWD.
