Watch two videos on youtube...by KennyGuilles..Brahms-Lullaby and Innocence.
Do you think that a loving God would destroy such innocence people,could he,would he.Doesn't it bring tears to your eyes,breaks your heart to even think of such an evil thought.He wouldn't,he couldn't a loving parent/God, no no nooo,yet their are some people in this world wash,believe,think and hope that it will happen in the near future.So sad so sad.

The God of the monotheistic religions is said to be all-wise and all-powerful. He's also apparently all-insecure, as he will kill you and/or punish you for aeons if you fail to worship Him properly.
No loving parent I've met ever threatens their children with death or everlasting punishment. The comparison of such a God to a loving parent really fails on many counts. The God(s) of Christianity, Judaism and Islam would be more accurately described as a Creator-Destroyer instead of as a parent.

As for a parent/God I was using a metaphor because I was trying to make a point that you described.Also to point out how wrong some people are in their beliefs.Hope that answers your Q.
