If the WTS ruled the world.....
Since all the animals would become vegetarians, there wouldn't be any natural predators to kill off the various animals. The animals would multiply and multiply and multiply, taking over the world. All the beaches would become big litter boxes and humans would have to spend all of their time cleaning up after them. Humans would be reduced to being full-time pooper-scoopers.

If the WTS ruled the world....
All fashion designers would be killed in Armageddon. The JWs would spend the first few years going through all of the houses, salvaging all of the dowdy clothes and floral print dresses to give to the newly resurrected ones. The men would have to sort all suits, dress shirts, and ties into piles and figure out a way to distribute them worldwide, because in the New Order there would be no nationalities. They'd all dress like American 'Hovies the world over.
Polo shirts and Dockers would become coveted for men to wear when they're dressing down.
Women would devote themselves to learning to spin and weave so that they can make their own stockings out of silk, there being no factories for pantyhose left in operation.
All women would be ordered to wear shoes with 2 inch heels, because that's sexy but not too sexy. Flats would be outlawed, since men would rule this world and heel spurs would be a thing of the past.
It wouldn't be like Star Trek because, on Star Trek, the women wear pantsuits. New World Women wear dresses only.
