As Often As; Just what does this mean, strongs has it as 4178 meaning many times, others (some) believe it was once yearly. And yet again others believe it happened after they gathered together to eat and afterward the celebrated the Lords Last Supper. So what gives? Just how often is/was it to be celebrated.

It was never mandated, because it doesn't matter, and God doesn't care.

The scripture seems to me to be encouraging an act of remembrance whenever the disciples came together to eat,as in their "Love Feasts" etc. so again it looks as though the WT has got it wrong and changed the nature and atmosphere of such an act of respect for Jesus.
I think it hurts the GB that Jesus is given such prominence even once a year in their invented "celebration".

I think it means as often as Christians came together. Daily? Weekly?
As stated by Zico, didn't seem to matter.
