My friend set up my website for me. So now I have access to editing. I cannot upload pics. He says its not a problem with the site.
But settings with my computer.
Any help would be appreciated.

Where are you attempting to host your images / what company hosts your domain? I checked the source and it looks like you're using some kind of flash uploader gallery app. You've given almost no information so a step-by-step procedure of what exactly you do when you want to put an image on your site would be a good starting point.
