Since we here is the USofA just had an election historical at that, and there are many who didn't vote i.e. the dubs, just when did voting become something they weren't allowed to do? I would appreciate any historical data on this especially in this historical time.

Hi.. I don't know.. Rutherford brought in alot of the organizational rules.. I do know that you used to be able to be disfellowshipped for it.. until.. sometime in the early ninties..
I now think it's very neccesary to vote..
