One, if you go to Zev's site I also got him to link Chapter 7. Chapter 7 deals with the use of miltary force.
You may remember Korea? That little war. Did I say war??? That was "officially" sanctioned by the UN. Most forget that.
This is important because the WTS from 1992 to Oct 9, 2001 supported the ideals of the UN Charter, including Chaper 7 when they were an existing NGO "associated" (partnered) with the UN's DPI.
