I have a friend who I Helped leave the truth. Moral support etc. because she had no one to turn to. So one day she called me and said she now she had so much time on her hand she did no know what to do with it. She was a couple of pounds over weight. So I seggested she join a gym where she could meet new people and get in shape. well she is a little pissed off in a good way. She joined one and realy got into it. She lost 3in on her waste, 4in on her hips, realy tighten up her but and it realy did wonders for her boobs. You think she would be happy. Now her old cloth do not fit any longer and she had to buy new cloths. I told here girls love to shop till they drop or max out there credit cards.

perhaps she was wearing a wonderbra when you saw her last and yes she'll be super happy to show them off, most women are. I know from personal experience the amount of time you have to spend lifting weights to change the shape of anything but to especially work the boobage area, so a little bit of work (even 3 hardcore months) wont do it to such a noticable extent unless you're doing Body For LIfe WITH THE HELP OF A TRAINER!
