I call the Serve Us Department on the telephone and record their answers to my questions.
Their responses are so much more meaningful when they are posted on the internet.

Having seen their completely useless and rather arogant answers to Gladring's letters to them, I wouldn't waste my time. Nothing they say in a letter is going to make me go back so what's the point?

I wrote three letters to them around 12 years ago. Copies are still available on the web via the Wayback machine at:

Bear in mind that I was only 19 when I wrote these so the style is not quite as polished as I would like. Also, they are formatted less than perfectly, but I can at least blame the website's owner for that. (Sorry, Kent!)
I still haven't received a reply.

I sent 3 letters to the GB and a cross-tabulation anaylsis of their prophecies from 1799 - 1975. The committee meetings received the reponses.
Witness007 - That was great! I have coffee all over the wall. Precious!

I’ve written letters complaining about the elders and/or certain decisions the elders made. The responses I received from the Society opened my eyes to the fact that they were there to support the authority structure and not the individual.
