The invitation to meetings was printed for July 2008 which means they had this planned and designed for months and months ahead of release. Here's the new invitation to the meetings mentioning only two of the days for meetings times.

Who prints that invite? Over here the congs seem to be responsible for printing their own. At least in my limited experience.
Btw, I don't recall ever giving one of these to anyone although I always carried some in my ministry bag.

We have WTS printed tracts but we are responsible to print our own labels or have rubber stamp created with our local contact information.
We are still currently ridding ourselves of the "Would you like to know" brochure in local rap and tract FS.
