I'm currently listening online to WBGO Public Radio out of Newark, NJ.
Jazz, swing, soul and some funk on the weekends. Great historical commentary, too.

Even though I live in Tennessee, my 2 favorite stations are WSGS 101.1 in Hazard Kentucky and WSIP 98.9 in Paintsville Kentucky.
I listen to WSGS everytime while passing through Kentucky on the way to Ohio.
WSGS plays alot of old country and Western Swing at night.
Both stations have extensive church programming on sunday.
Both stations have obituary time too.
WSIP also has the call in "Swap Shop", where you can call in and advertise things for sale. -

I did some work for WBGO back in the '90s, (maintained their phone and voice mail systems).
While on the topic of radio stations, another really good one is another public/university station WXPN out of Philly. A good mix of adult alternative rock and a good album based classic sprinkled in for good measure.

I used to live on the small Island of guernsey in the English channel and I listen to a great rock programme on the local station there. Its called the magic Bus and plays decent prog/classic rock/blues and stuff of that ilk. There are usually 2 questions to answer for a bit of fun,a classic lost album, the hippy on the roof and the live stage on the back seat.
Also, you can choose your 10 most favourite tracks and get them played on the magic hour. The magic bus is hosted by Jim Trott and goes out on a Thursday night between 7 and 9 pm UK time....or you can go on the site and click on the listen again button....

I used to listen to University of Miami radio WVUM. Lots of great Indie and Alternative rock that you wouldn't get anywhere else. It was great in the early 90's when I still lived there, I think it still is.

Los Angeles has not had a decent radio station since KMET bit the dust and became "smooth jazz"....
