Hi, betweenworlds.
Since Japanese version PDF of TLB can be obtained easily, I have not noticed that it is difficult to get English version PDF until now.

Although I searched Google previously, English version PDF of TLB was not found.
TLB is contained in the software "PC Study Bible 5."
