The Canadian Prime Minister in March 2003 was Jean Chretien, not Steve Harper. Stevie's a little late. http://www2.parl.gc.ca/Parlinfo/Files/Parliamentarian.aspx?Item=2aa8c3e9-f46e-4c78-b9ff-04bec0ed5050&Language=E

This is another reason I don't like Harper, he's shown to bleed ideas off other politicians and be to influenced from them like Bush among one and doesn't stand up
for himself and for his own country, noticed what happen to Tony Blair for following Bush.
Harper followed Bush's suggestion and push to go into Afghanistan militarily and what was the result nothing except a billion dollars spent and 100 solders dead,
outside of that nothing has been accomplished by the Canadian forces , the taliban are as strong as they ever were .
A good leader doesn't follow other stupid leaders , he makes accurate decisions on his own withholding any outside influence .

how does one guy plagiarizing another guy's speech prove a global conspiracy? now, if thirteen or fifteen did this speech all at once, then youve got something. lame.

OUTLAW
As much as I dislike Harper,it was`nt his fault..One of Harper`s writers ripped off the Aussie speech..Harper found out about it,after he gave the same speech...........................OUTLAW
