A so called 'expert' determining the place where God's throne exists is as crackpot as the red faced experts who determined the date of the second coming.

"I have persisted for years saying that the founders of the Watch Tower organization, C. T. Russell and his wife, Maria, were people of their times and what they wrote reflected that statement. It is not unusual to find in their early Watch Tower literature statements about Pleiades being God's dwelling place. I have just published Maria Russell's previously un-published hand-written, 600-page manuscript for download through my website, www.watchtowerdocuments.com, where she mentions God's dwelling place as Pleiades many, many times, which makes sense because Maria was an astronomy student, often frequenting the Allegheny, PA Observatory when it was located on Observatory Hill. The point is that Rutherford merely continued the Pleiades belief, and was not the originator of it. In fact, the idea about God dwelling in Pleiades predates the Russells. If this idea is recognized by Watch Tower adherents as outdated and unscientific, they should also discount most of the outdated beliefs of the Russells which beliefs are still found in the religion of Jehovah's Witnesses."

I've known the guy for almost 4 years through podcasting, didn't know he was a Christian. Turns out he works beside 2 JWs. He called me tonight on my drive home and we had a long chat. I'm going to give him some inside info with which to reach out to his workmates with.
