My mom died 18 years ago tonight, she was 65 years old and had ovarian cancer. She was a JW until the end. My daughter and I, who do not attend meetings, are listening to some of her favoriate music tonight and having a Seagrams 7 in her honor (her favorate drink, on ice, hidden behind the canister set in the kitchen). I am happy you had a loved one with you to share memories.
My mother died eight months ago. She was 83. We went shopping together every time I visited her. It is now hard to go into a store alone. I don't have any shopping friends, since I am innactive, and informally shunned.
At any rate, I digress. It is hard, very hard. I know.......
