1980's flashback Saturday Watched "Xanadu." Olivia Newton John...grrrr!

For some reason in 2009 I stumbled across the cable movie Xanadu and.....was trans-fixed! I had to watch it! I had massive 80's flash backs being in high school and hiring out the VHS tape!.....yes we had tapes in MY day. The movie was sooo 80's disco, but it was great seeing Gene Kelly do his thing one more time. And Olivia is so pretty.

Actually, I went with a bunch of jws to see this when it was current. After all, how can it be any different than the Wizard of Oz, or Hercules, or other Greek mythological movie, eh?

I always loved Olivia! What a pure voice, angel face! Innocence. I think the most scandalous thing she did was that work out video with all the sweaty muscular men and tight fitting work out outfits and headbands LOL!
Xanadu was fun. :) Corny and predictable and fun.
Grease was like that too...but who doesnt know the words to all the Grease songs by now??
