Are you riding across on the Harley?
If you go to any fairly large town centre(notice spelling,get used to it!) you will find things pretty hairy on NYE.The best experience is in one of the Capital cities,Trafalgar Square in London,in Edinburgh, or if you enjoy the "craic" go to Dublin.
Wherever you end up,WELCOME to Britain (you're welcome to it we don't want it) and have a great time!

Britain is being overrun by chavs and binge drinkers and the goverment and society seem to be trying to adapt to handle them rather than stopping the behavior.
It's so much nicer over here :)
