Anyone know anything about this or if he is for real? If he is true, think of pensions, investments, bank accts that all run on US,CDN and Mexican currencies being done away with -what state will North America be in? and he says it starts in a month - is this guy a fear mongerer
Who knows anything is possible at the moment. Things are worse than people generally realise I feel. But quite what it all means or what if anything we can do about it I don't know. Currencies have failed before. It is not impossible. But if it does happen it will be due to hubris and incompetence rather than conspiracy and design.
Nouriel Roubini is an astute commentator who has been laying it on the line since before the crisis began, but even he may not be pessimistic enough I fear:
Do a little research into Ol' Hal from North Bergen, and you'll find that he may not be the inside expert he purports to be.
No he didn't seem the brightest button. Roubini on the other hand is on the money.
