Haven't been on JWD in a long time....

  It's been a long while since I've visited JWD. It looks so different! Is Simon still running it, or did he end up "passing the baton" to someone else?

  Anyway, my real question is for those of you who are still on the "inside":

  Have you heard anything about the WTS starting to discourage JWs from having home computers? I know having easy access to damaging information online regarding the WTS is causing many JWs to leave the organization, so I was wondering if the Grand Poobahs in Brooklyn are trying to put a clamp on it?

  Hi lavendar. Simon is in the midst of revamping JWD into JWN. There are still things to do, but when he is done it will kind of be set up so it is self-regulating, then he can distance himself from it.

  Good to have you back.

  My daughter is still in, and she uses her computer for class.

  I don't know if she's going to research the WT; I hope she does.
