Why doesn't the Watch Tower society enable it so that everyone can download PDF files or text data?

The Washtowel Slaveholdery doesn't enable anyone to download it because they don't want apostates to download something, have the official viewpoint change, and then the apostates re-post the original viewpoint to embarrass the crap out of the Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger.
