So the word "angels" has been mistranslated and they are actually the "sons of god"?

Well, I suppose new manuscripts are always surfacing that bear out many mistranslations. It's as good an explanation as any other. And it is plausible that these "angel" beings were those evil ones.

Why do I insist that they were evil? Well, if they have been here all along they have certainly never done anything to help humans in distress.

Furthermore, take note of the warning in this video. The scriptural interpretation made here is that "You BETTER be nice to me because I might be an angel. My daddy is THE BOSS and if I don't like you, I will have your head later. There will be serious repercussion if you don't treat me good!"

Well, certainly Jesus taught us to be kind to everyone. But it was never by fear or threat of retaliation as motivation. Only an evil entity would use such reasoning.

And by his example of washing the feet of his disciples, he taught us that his position was not of puffed up egotism and selfishness that demanded worship and throwing away your life to cater to his whims and dictates. "A messenger is not greater than the one who sent him." Jesus never demanded that people treat him extra special.

Did Jesus ever mention these "other" sons of god? As a matter of fact, wasn't he particularly clear to call himself a "son of man" even though he referred to a Heavenly Father?

Should these "Sons of god" come forward in the near future with a New Light Plan to direct mankind in to establishing a Paradise.... what questions would you ask to establish their authority?

Either one believes the bible or one doesn't? There are enough verses about Jesus' uniqueness to make it clear.

    John 3:16

    1 John 4:9

    John 1:18

    John 1:14

    John 3:18

So the big question is why is Jesus unique?

Is it because He is equal with God and His image?

    Philippians 2:5-7 (New International Version)

5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in very nature [a] God,
did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,
    7 but made himself nothing,
taking the very nature [b] of a servant,
    being made in human likeness.

2 Corinthians 4:4 (New International Version)

4 The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

Or that he is the angel Michael?!

    Daniel 10:13, Daniel 10:21, Daniel 12:1, Jude 1:9, Revelation 12:7

Read the verses and see what you think.

    All the best,

    Stephen
