I've been sitting here "tikking" away on the pee cee, could feel my heart beat as I rested my hands. So I took it - I'm averaging between 68 - 72 bpm. My resting heart rate drops to about 60 (first thing in the morning). For training I have to get it up to 156 bpm (that's when you feel it throbbing through your entire body)
