Just thought I'd update those of you who have been following our court case in Western Oklahoma. My lawyers called today and they had received a fax from the judge stating that my dad will immediately be removed as trustee of our family trusts. The JW's around here will have to find some other rich old soul to sponge off of as of today. You can bet your boots all the JW employees that have been so lovingly "helping out" with my dad will have to find employment elsewhere. We will be hiring some COMPETENT people to help take care of him from here on out. Just wanted to update everyone! Have a great rest of the week!!! We sure will!

Congrats, but what, if anything are you going to be able to do about his jw wife? Will she be cut off financially?
