    1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.

As pointed out in the article, all we have to do to get there is kill 90% of the people now alive. Nuclear war ought to do it.

    2. Guide reproduction wisely - improving fitness and diversity.

Some Germans were hung at Nuremburg for trying this.

    3. Unite humanity with a living new language.

We can't even get people to speak one language in the United States.

    4. Rule passion - faith - tradition - and all things with tempered reason.

If all else fails try Zanex.

    5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.

    Fair according to whom?

    6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.

    Incompatible with #5

    7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.

    Incompatible with #5 & 6

    8. Balance personal rights with social duties.

And if anybody doesn't want to go along with your idea of social duties they can be part of the 90%

    9. Prize truth - beauty - love - seeking harmony with the infinite.

    After you bury the corpses.

10.Be not a cancer on the earth - Leave room for nature - Leave room for nature.

    Corpses make good fertilizer.

"The road to hell is paved with good intentions."
