  This is in reference to the Archangel Michael. I cannot find much info and it seems mysterious.

  I haven't heard of the Michael Foundation but have read the Urantia Book. I probably still have a copy around here somewhere. It used to be hard to find but now is available on line. I found the book rather interesting at one time.
