It's a story, badboy. You can make it whatever you want it to be. That's the great thing about using one's imagination. Why not write a story about all the births that happened on the ark? You can add drama, comedy, and deep thoughts on the meaning of life to your story.
Were there any births on the Death Star in Star Wars? Not that I know of. That's not part of George Lucas' story. But you can make up whatever story you want about the Death Star.

Yes. Noah's daughter-in-law was pregnant when the rain began, so in preparation, he brought a bucket of soil on board. He poured out his DIL's blood on the dirt as the Bible commanded him to pour blood out on the ground.
Then he chucked it overboard and they had a christening and feast.
And they all lived happily ever after. The End
