But look at paragraph 3;

The word "servant" occurs many times in the book of Isaiah. They then list all the chapters it appears in.

20, 41, 42, 44, 49, 50, 52, 53. Notice which one is missing yet??

Remember that Servant is another word fo STEWARD? Have you seen what is going on yet? Have you spotted the deliberate omission?

JUNE 15 Witchtower page 21:

Para 4 Jehovah spoke of his people as a COLLECTIVE servant: "You are my witnesses," is the utterance of Jehovah, "even my servant whom I have chosen." (spotted the plot yet?)

Have you read the whole Isaiah 42 and 43? These chapters speak also who blind and deaf (spiritually) God's servant is? But then it does not of course refer on Jesus. But on Israel or the spiritual Israel, those who Jehovah calls his witnesses.

18 Hear, YOU deaf ones; and look forth to see, YOU blind ones. 19 Who is blind, if not my servant, and who is deaf as my messenger whom I send? Who is blind as the one rewarded, or blind as the servant of Jehovah? 20 It was a case of seeing many things, but you did not keep watching. It was a case of opening the ears, but you did not keep listening. -Isaiah 42:18-20

8 “Bring forth a people blind though eyes themselves exist, and the ones deaf though they have ears. -Isaiah 43:8

O Israel. 23 You have not brought me the sheep of your whole burnt offerings, and with your sacrifices you have not glorified me. Sad to point to the facts, but the name Jehovah's witnesses is taken from a bad context. But it also fits them according to the context. How could they take the name Jehovah's witnesses, when it is in a such negative context? Well as Isaiah says, they are blind and deaf, so that should be the explanation.

The Society used the term "The Christ, Head and Body members" until the early 1950's (so far as memory serves).

Looks to me like they are beating around the bush with deceptive illusions to make you feel foolish later...."We told you that already. YOU just misunderstood." It seems the way its worded some people are under the impression WT is trying to say that god has an individual personal 'body' like humans. Maybe WT wants it to seem that way for now. But wait till they spring it that God is actually a committee...oh wait. They've done that already, haven't they?

And yet, so much Botchtower effort is wasted. After that WT study, like the others, the "friends" will talk about where they're going for lunch and they won't meet for service.

The more they try to ram this crap down the average dubs throats, the more they think, "this isn't useful to me." The GB is so important, let them do the work themselves.
