I was reading about the religious order that accepted and treated my mother at their hospital pro bono in 1958.
They were connected with the Discalced Carmelites. I looked up discalced and learned that it meant going barefooted or wearing only sandals, and that service to others is their top priority.
Yet, the WT would have us believe that these wonderful people are doomed in the eyes of The Master.

My mom is a Carmelite. They ahve an order for married women.
