Last year I was reading plenty about the demise of circuit overseers.
Anyone know if it happened? Or was it just a rumor?
Don't tell me I missed out!!

My understanding was that it wasn't supposed to take effect until about 2011. So we still have a couple of years to watch for this development and see if they are going to wuss out on it like they did on lowering the pio-sneer hours, or if they are going through like they did with the book study.
