Kofi Annan - Harm done by one "truth"

  Did anyone else notice this quote, it appears in this week's edition of Newsweek?

  Kofi Annan, the UN Secretary General has been awarded the 2001 Nobel
  Peace Prize. Last week, in accepting the award he said in part this:

  "The idea that there is one people in possession of the truth, one answer to the world’s ills or one solution to humanity’s needs has done untold harm throughout history."

  I guess he won't be quoted in the Awake! but might get mentioned in the Watchtower in the next issue that denounces the UN.

  Kofi Annan's statement was excellent because the world's problems can be solved by different solutions and ways. they should make me become the U.N. president because I would have everyone living on a peaceful, calm, and loving earth. my nickname is isis, pindar,madonna. pindar means i pen them from all angles because I am the daughter of the american revolution.
