Organic green tea only with bottled water, very healthy! ............................when I'm not drinking Scotch on the rocks!
Coffee......one tea spoon on Nes Cafe......no milk no sugar, once a day {morning} normally.

Hi Tea Drinker, welcome.
I drink all kinds of tea, but usually PG Tips with a spoonful of raw sugar.
I usually have some camomile-peppermint tea in the evening.
My daughter makes her own iced tea by putting tea bags in her bottled water, like making sun tea,. She likes pepperint but any kind will do
