I'm not sure if this story has already been posted but it's interesting.
A witness woman in Ireland was given a blood transfusion and the appeal against the hospital has been dropped:
"Legal representatives for a Jehovah’s Witness have abandoned an appeal into what is believed to be the first instance in Ireland where a court ordered a blood transfusion to be given to an adult against her will..."
There seems to be alot going on in Ireland concerning JW's and blood lately.

Good. Makes me think they realized they might not win. Actually they have acknowledged this in general regarding minors. Of course it may be better that they fight these cases. It shows the world how uncaring they really are.
