When I was a kid, we called it the New World. Is that a no-no nowadays? What do they call it now?

My sister is always talking about "This Old System of Things". I want so badly to ask her what she thinks of the phrase, "New World Order" and if she thinks this is Jehovah using mankind to move things into place to set up his earthly kingdom. She would probably just do this: or this:

Since they are slowly selling what the file paid for in Brooklyn, I believe the rank will now use the words "Up-state New York." But, make the checks to the local coongrgation so there are no LEGAL ties!

new world and new system are most prevalent. "New Order" was dropped around 1986, because of the "new world order" phrase used outside the WTS and wanting not to confuse people.

"New World'. Hilarious. I receive a catalog of alternative religious material (yes, including Wicca...) in my mail once a month, and it's titled: "New Worlds"! I wonder if they did that deliberately....

How about "New Dark Ages"? Sounds much more appropriate.
