I have a not so quick question.

Could somebody please make a comprehensive list of all of the new terms/theocratic schedule the Society has put out to confuse the inactive in the past few years.

I think they make changes deliberately to get us 'spiritual lumps' (what I used to call people when I was an MS) from being able to converse with our old friends.

    Thanks.

    Most cults change terms often.

This allows them to identify WEAK or PHONY members among them.

If a person shows up at the Kingdom Hall today, claims to an elder visiting from Spain, and then asks which night the BOOK STUDY is on, then everyone will know that he is a phony.

(This is a current example, as the Book Study is no longer a meeting.)

    Exactly.

My question pertains basically to such things as what do the current publishers call the PO now... Do they call him the COBE? Coordinator?

    What's the currant lingo?

    Yeah. Thanks.

I was looking more for the current changes thrown out there so I can talk to my parents and old friends and not sound like an 'inactive' loser to them.

Just remember to properly pronounce SHIBOLETH and don't ever say SIBOLETH.

Coordinator of the body of elders instead of presiding overseer

Congregation bible study instead of bookstudy

Generation = annointed of the remnant still living on earth.

This year there are some international conventions.

Just profess amazed at how discrete and faithful the GB is........

    Cheers
