How many of you have changed your eating habits after watching this? I know that I'm much more careful of what I eat after seeing that he began experiencing organ failure after eating McD's for a month. That's serious!

I question some of this documentary as it seems to be trying to show an extreme example to make a point. After I was divorced back in 1992, I went a year eating nothing but food from McDonalds, Jack-in-the-Box, Taco Bell, various pizza places etc. While these are definitely not the best choices for healthful cuisine, I believe we would have many more medical issues if what was presented here was an accurate representation of what happens to anyone who eats nothing but fast food meals.

Donny,
I did wonder about the organ failure bit. That seemed iffy to me. Still, it seems very smart to eat smartly and avoid figure ruining, skin wrecking, artery clogging, cancer producing, kidney wrecking, and diabetes causing crap.

I confess, I didn't eat lunch at McDonald's for more than a year, after viewing this film. Eventually I realized that moderation is the key to most everything. Their Sausage Egg McMuffin is a little piece of heaven. I also enjoy the Fish Filet.
You may watch the entire film online, for free, at Hulu, below.

I don't think anyone is meant to eat only Fast Food every day. If they do, of course health risk are going to occur. I agree with Leaving, you have to do everything in moderation (just about everything ;-) )

This reminds me of a program where a person smoked pot for 30 days straight and then abstaned. It was to show how addictive pot is. I didn't see the program, but it didn't show how to be moderate, just how it's so bad to smoke pot. I don't trust non-moderation shows like that.

The fact is just about all food that you purchase at fast food outlets is over processed , fatty and unhealthy.
And people wonder why is it that the most over weight people in a given society have the highest amount of these fast food chains.

I got the DVD sometime in 2006. I stopped eating fast, good-tasting poison sometime in 2000 (after I quit going out in field circus so much). Before that, it was almost always in conjunction with field circus (at least for quite a while--it was 1994 the last time I went to one of those places aside from field circus).
No field circus, no fast good-tasting poison.
