I like grilled salmon with grilled asparagus. Add a rice dish and you have a light dinner.
Aged white cheddar and prosciutto, stuffed mushrooms and hard breads make for a good appetizer.
Then you can make an easy tiramisu with a few ladyfingers dipped in espresso, vanilla gelato or ice cream and cocoa shavings.
Tell me when you are cooking and I'll come over, haha!

A soft boiled egg; dip the spears into the egg.
Or how about some crisp grilled pancetta and a poached egg?
I love asparagus, so I enjoy it on its own.

Steam it then put some Bazil pesto and goats cheese on top.

Yum..A Chef`s favorite subject..FOOD!!..LOL!!...........................Chose baby aspargus..It`s much more tender..Wrap each asparagus stick in a bacon strip..Hold it all together with a tooth pick top and bottom..Fry diced garlic and onion in butter..Toss in the asparagus and bacon..When the bacon is done,so is the asparagus....................Salmon will make a wonderful addition to this meal..Place a salmon steak in a roasting pan..Pour a 1/4 cup of white wine over the salmon..Spice with Garlic /onion/basil/dill/black pepper and seasoned salt..Serve with butter and freshly sliced lemon....................Chicken Rice Pilaf..Your final weapon in a Culinary Master Piece..This is very simple to make.......Instead of using water to steam your rice..Use a Chicken broth..Season the broth with onion/garlic and freshly ground black pepper..........If you like Curry you can also add green curry to the chicken broth....................................There you have it.....A 5 star meal,in any restaurant..Right there in your own home..Bon Apitite....................................OUTLAW

I love asparagus.
I especially enjoy it in an omelette or quiche, although if you're looking for something to grill, eggs just won't do.
Grilled chicken kabobs or satays would be nice though, along with a savory curried rice pilaf (I make mine with almonds and raisins or currants).

Outlaw is a chef....he's your best bet...but one more tip.
When you want to trim your baby asparagus, snap them , don't trim with a knife. Where they break off is where they need to be.
