I believe they (WBTS) no longer use those terms. But the effects are the same. They make the same announcement "___________ is no longer one of Jehovah's Witnesses" Then 7 million people are required to shun you.

To be effectively Disfellowshipped from the JW's, you must have been baptised within the 'truth', i.e. at a Circuit or District Assembly etc.
Being a Baptist isn't counted in the JW organisation, to be one of them you must be baptised again.
