Damm i love this stuff on so many things i marinade, but everything cheaper i have tried sucks....anybody found a substitute worth its salt?.....oompa
Lea & Perrins....so expensive....is anything out there even close though??

Oompa..Lea and Perrins is in a leage of it`s own..There is nothing else like it..My Chef teachers would use it in special dish`s..Those guys could make anything..They never cracked the recipe for Lea and Perrins though..My one Chef was a Sauceiaa..A Chef who specialises is making sauces..Same as me...He would have made his own and taught it to me if he could..That never happened...........................OUTLAW
